Steel Haul Equipment provides shipping for commercial equipment, generators, automotive lifts, shop equipment, tools, replacement parts, and accessories sold through steelhaulequipment.com.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is included on all products listed on the Steel Haul Equipment website unless a specific product page or written order communication clearly states otherwise.
Free shipping applies to standard shipping or freight service selected for the order. It does not automatically include inside delivery, liftgate service, unpacking, assembly, installation, permits, electrical work, fuel connection, anchoring, disposal of packaging, or other services unless those services are expressly confirmed in writing before the order is placed.
Delivery Estimate
Orders are usually delivered within 7–14 business days after order confirmation.
This timing is an estimate and is not a delivery guarantee. Delivery timing can be affected by product availability, payment review, address verification, freight carrier scheduling, weather, carrier delays, holidays, oversized freight requirements, manufacturer processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Processing
After an order is placed, Steel Haul Equipment may review the order for product availability, payment status, fraud prevention, address accuracy, shipping requirements, and other order-processing needs.
If additional information is needed, we may contact the customer using the email address or phone number provided at checkout. Orders may be delayed if the customer does not respond to required order or delivery questions.
Shipping Area
Shipping is currently available within the United States.
Some products, addresses, remote locations, restricted areas, islands, job sites, commercial facilities, residential locations, or delivery conditions may require additional review before shipment. If an address cannot be serviced by the available carrier, Steel Haul Equipment will contact the customer using the order details provided.
Freight and Oversized Equipment
Some products are large, heavy, oversized, palletized, or shipped by freight carrier. Oversized equipment may require carrier appointment scheduling before delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid delivery address, accurate contact information, and a delivery location that can safely receive the item. Freight carriers may require access for a large truck, loading dock, forklift, equipment, or another safe unloading method depending on the shipment.
Unless confirmed in writing, delivery appointment does not include inside delivery, placement in a garage or shop, assembly, installation, leveling, anchoring, electrical connection, plumbing, fuel connection, or removal of old equipment or packaging.
Delivery Appointments
If a carrier requires a delivery appointment, the customer should respond promptly to carrier scheduling calls, emails, or messages. Missed appointments, incorrect contact details, inaccessible delivery locations, or refused deliveries may delay the shipment and may result in additional carrier charges.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Customers should inspect shipments before signing for delivery whenever possible.
If packaging appears damaged, missing, opened, crushed, punctured, wet, or otherwise unusual, note the damage with the carrier at delivery and take clear photos of the packaging, label, pallet, product, and any visible damage.
If an item appears damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact Steel Haul Equipment as soon as possible at support@steelhaulequipment.com with the order number, product name, SKU, delivery details, photos, and a description of the issue.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided when available. Customers may receive order updates and tracking details by email or through the order tracking page when tracking is available from the carrier or fulfillment source.
For order questions, contact support with the order number, product name, SKU, and delivery state.
Address Changes
Customers should review shipping information carefully before submitting an order. Address changes after checkout may not be possible once an order is processed or shipped.
If a shipping address needs to be corrected, contact Steel Haul Equipment as soon as possible. Address changes may require order review and may delay shipment.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused, undeliverable, delayed because of incorrect customer information, or returned because the delivery location could not receive the item, the order may be subject to return freight, storage, redelivery, inspection, restocking, or other carrier-related costs where permitted by law.
